White Fillings in Dagenham
Natural-looking repairs for your teeth
White fillings, also known as composite fillings, are tooth-coloured restorations used to repair teeth affected by decay, small chips or wear.
At Becontree Dental Studio in Dagenham, we match the composite shade to your teeth for a natural appearance. The material bonds to the tooth and is carefully shaped and polished to restore its appearance and function.
Your dentist will assess the tooth and explain whether a composite filling or another restoration is suitable.
When might you need a composite filling?
Your dentist may recommend a composite filling to:
- Repair a cavity caused by tooth decay.
- Restore a small chip or worn area.
- Replace a damaged or leaking filling.
- Replace a visible metal filling where clinically appropriate.
Sound fillings do not routinely need replacing. Your dentist will discuss the benefits and risks before recommending treatment.
